TERMS OF SERVICE-------------------
Please note that by commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the terms listed below.1) No work will be done before payment. Payment is either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% when half of the commission is completed.2) All currencies such as USD, CAD or Euro are accepted. All payments are done via PayPal or Western Union. No other ways of payment are accepted, whether it's crypto currency, game currency, ect.3) These prices are listed for personal usage only which means that you cannot use them for any monetary profit or commercial usage. If you would like to use them for such purposes, the prices will be either doubled or tripled depending on the usage.4) Regardless of the usage, you cannot claim my artwork as yours.5) Following the point above, I retain all the rights to my artwork and I reserve the right to use them as I please unless discussed otherwise. Usage includes, but not limited to, posting it on social media, using it as part of my portfolio, etc. Rest assured that there will be no re-selling of any commission under any form (such as merchandise and others), whether it is personal or commercial.6) Once the commission has begun, you will be provided with many progress pictures. If you'd like a detail to be modified, please inform me before you give me the approval to continue. I reserve the right to not go back and change a past detail, unless it is an easy fix. For example, If I've shown you the pose and you approved it, but are no longer satisfied with it afterwards, I cannot go back and change it, unless paid the appropriate fee. However, if an actual detail that was agreed upon was forgotten, then, I will happily fix my mistake.7) If you would like your commission to be done before a certain deadline, inform me at the start so I can properly accommodate your request. Furthermore, rush orders will have an additional charge on top of the price. Once the deadline is agreed upon, you may not go back and change it without my agreement, and you may not rush me throughout the process. You will be provided with at least 3 to 7 updates a week and will be given full transparency during the commission.8) I refuse to draw pornographic content. I also refuse to draw anything LGBTQ+ phobic, racist, sexist, hate speech and the like. Artistic nudity is accepted.9) Following rule 8, while I accept relationship and couples commissions, I will not be drawing toxic or straight up illegal relationships.10) I retain the right to say no to any commission without disclosing any reasons.11) No refunds shall be made after the lineart/flat colors are done UNLESS I am unable to continue. A refund after the product is done will not be given under any circumstances. A refund will be equal the amount of work that hasn't been completed (ie: I haven't done 60% of the work, you'll receive 60% of your money). Chargebacks are also completely forbidden and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. All refunds will be done by me personally through PayPal goods and services.12) Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.13) Following rule 12, I allow the use of AI strictly for the purpose of resizing the piece without loss of quality and nothing else14) Once the commission is done and delivered fully, I reserve the right to refuse the modification of any detail past it, unless I personally forgot a detail agreed upon during the process.
