TERMS OF SERVICE---------------------Note that by commissioning me you fully oblige to all of those terms!1) Payment happens in full before I begin any work or a half before any work and the other half after 50% of the work is done method. However, I will not work on your commission unless I get paid.2)I accept any currency such as USD, CAD or Euro. Additionally, if your order is 30$ and less, I could accept Nitro or a Steam game. All my payment are done via PayPal or Western Union. I don't accept any other ways of payment whether it's crypto currency, game currency, ect.3) These prices are listed for personal usage only which means that you cannot use them for any monetary profit or commercial usage. If you'd like to use them for such purposes, the prices will be either doubled or tripled depending on the usage.4) Regardless of the usage, you cannot claim my artwork as yours.5) Following the point above, I keep all the rights to my artwork and I could use them as I please unless discussed otherwise. Usage includes, but not limited to, posting it on social media, using it as part of my portfolio, etc. Rest assured though, I will not be selling any commission, whether it is personal or commercial.6) You will be shown a lot of progress pictures so, if there's a detail that's bothering you, please informe me then. I will not change a past detail that I cannot modify in under 5 minute. For example, If I shown you the pose and you told me it was alright but, after I'm done with it and began something entirely different, you tell me that you are no longer alright with it, well I am sorry but I cannot change it as you already approved of it and it is something that I cannot fix in 5 minutes unless you pay me. However, if I forget an actual detail that we agreed upon, then, I will happily fix my mistake.7) Please be patient with me. I am still human with needs and I am a pretty slow artist so it will take time.8) I refuse to draw porn or any sexual content such as genitals. I also refuse to draw anything LGBTQ+ phobic, racist, sexist, hate speech and the like. I do however draw gore and non sexual nudity.9) Continuing on rule 8, while I am more than okay in drawing ships and couples whether it is an LGBTQ couple or straight ones, I am NOT OKAY in drawing toxic or straight up illegal relationships. Examples of this includes the Gruvia (gray×juvia) ship, the Bakudeku (bakugou×midoriya) ship, any pedophilic relationship or ones that involved non consentual intercourses at one point or another.10) I retain the right to say no to any commission without disclosing any reasons.11) No refunds shall be made after I am done with the lineart/flat colors UNLESS I am unable to continue. That goes without saying, but a refund after the product is done will not be given under any circumstances. A refund will be equal the amount of work I haven't done (ie: I haven't done 60% of the work, you'll receive 60% of your money). Chargebacks are also completely forbidden and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. All refunds will be done by me personally through PayPal goods and services.12) Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.
